Our Restaurant

Through my cooking, I wish to transmit the values and retranscribe the emotions that are mine: pleasure, sharing and conviviality.

Modern and authentic, both in the plate and the glass, the 49 at the gates of Bayeux in Normandy, is a contemporary restaurant.


Céline & Christophe work with their team to provide you with a moment of relaxation and conviviality, and a totally home-made cuisine.


We make and cook everything on site, so we are able to adapt to any diet.

Excluding private events, the maximum number of guests per table is limited to 8 people.

Groups are welcome up to 24 people. For your events, you have the option to privatize a room or the entire restaurant. We offer all-inclusive privatization packages. Please contact us for more information.

You can choose between à la carte or set menus for both lunch and dinner, priced at €36 and €45 respectively.

For lunch, from May to the end of August, a BBQ menu is offered at the price of €27. This includes a large plate of smoked and wood-fired cooked products, homemade BBQ sauce, and a dessert (excluding Saturdays and public holidays).
